What are these hairlike white worms attached to fish?

It turns out that a lot of my fish have them on their fins. I don't know if it is possible to get them all. I suppose I could take each fish out and try to get them off. I have a smallmouth bass that has one on his fin. Also, a black crappie, a rockbass, and a pumpkinseed. They all have a few on them. This is terrible. I need to get rid of these things.
Or just put a baby striped raphael in there and bump the temp a little. Raphs do fine around 76ºF and as babies they are a parasite cleaner, like a wrasse. Seriously, get a raphael that's around 2"-3", the smallest it could be without being a snack and let it go to town.
The manual of Tank Busters says to treat heavy infestations with metriphonate. If you can't just remove the worms with a tweezers.
I would have taken the worms out. Gotta get tweezers.... The more you take out the better for you and the fish.

I like this idea. The theme of my tank is native Pennsylvania, but that is actually a cool looking catfish. Maybe I will go that route to get them out of there. I could always donate him when I am parasite free.
I am going to try to remove the worms with tweezers today, but I also ordered some Dimilin in Jungle Labs Anchors away. Apparently the active ingredient is Dimilin. I will dose with that after I receive it and perform a water change.
