Ha! I meant to ask what you were going to have with that. I'm with you on the baked potato!! :D Shoot I'm already hungry, is it too early to pick at it lol!
 
ya, she be pretty stringy. brisket shoe leather unless you slow cook it. has a nice fat back, much like a pork loin , after about 3 hours you flip it fat side up to self baste as it renders.

naa, she rapped up and stewing in her own juices and beer for the next 3 hours. beer helps to break it down so not tuff but fall apart on the fork.
 
ohh, and lawn mowed, LMAO. time for whisky!!
 
aaahh, entering the sweetest part of the day, I'm jealous.... The women have left me alone, there's nothing to eat here, I'm trying figure out what fast food I'm going to get :(
