Beverly wanted another seafood boil. Her wish is my command. Added stone crab claws to this batch.

Today is 'Italian' day. Worked up several pans of stuffed shells in home made marinara sauce.

We also made up a huge (20 qt) pot of marinara with italian sausages.

some of this looks like I should pack boxes with it and some of it looks INCREDIBLLLLLLEEEEEE!!!!!
 
Im not a super chef, but man can i cook some killer burgers on the braai! I had to cook for scouts and apparently the burgers were a knockout :D

The handmade and pan cooked patties i made at school were also very nice (i ate them both).

I used for my handmade patties:
-Lean mince
-A half egg for each pattie
-Braai seasoning salt
-salt and pepper
-freshly cut parsley.

I added bacon, lettuce, gouda and chedder mixed cheese, tomato and some butter which left me with these:

Made a couple of things to get us through some time consuming days coming up this week.

A family favorite; Ribs and cabbage stew.

And, with all the marinara we made recently, I put together a pasta bake with shredded mozzarella, provalone, parmesan, romano, fontina, and asiago cheeses.

Pizza burgers stuffed w/ provolone and sliced Baby Bella mushrooms, topped w/ shredded Mozzarella and Provolone, cheese and garlic marinara sauce, cut 3X and served on a Sub roll
Sounds delish....love me some mushrooms on a burger.
