I definitely shed a tear, he was my hero since I was a little kid. I still vividly remember seeing the yahoo news headline of his death.
He was the 2nd serious life-threatening Stingray injury reported (at least in the U.S.) - less than 6 months before his death i spent 4 days in the hospital as the 1st.
Fish are not my specialty, crocodilians and snakes always were. He touched so many peoples' lives.

I have done it here in the Gulf and I imagined it in Australia several times.....the feeling of diving w/ your ocean friends, witnessing god's amazing creations in person being at total peace and tranquilitiy and then a shocking jolt ripping through you in your happiest hour.....
Yea, **** is seriously ****** up. This is why i may seem like a little girl in the reptile forum when im telling people to be careful and wear protective clothing and gloves and use tongs and take precautions and all that good stuff.
