@chefwill I always enjoy the unfamiliar dishes on your special's menus. Then I'm bummed out since I can't experience it.

Roast rack of lamb; roasted potatoes; mashed squash; green beans.
Dessert was apple blueberry pie ala mode

Dinner tonight:
Baked cod loin
Pan seared scallops
Roasted asparagus
......over jasmine rice and sprinkled with a good helping of sriracha.

Cod was super fresh. So good!
