Interesting...looks like you were having a bbq and found out you had a kosher guest. Did you use the same rub on both?
Lol…no kosher guest. Just trying out different meats. It was cheap. Maybe brisket next. The lamb was made differently. Link below.

Nice i always go with rosemary just cause im so inexperienced with lamb and i know that works, but ive been going rosemary a lot on my beef steaks too...never cooked with figs though lol.

There are three categories of cooking methods: Dry heat cooking, moist heat cooking, and combination cooking! Some dry heat cooking methods include baking, roasting and frying. Moist cooking methods include poaching, simmering and boiling. Combo cooking include stewing and braising.
Find out about each of the cooking methods! I also discussed how to stay safe in the kitchen! I also gave out some Culinary terms such as Al Dente, au gratin, saute and more. You will learn about the terms and what they mean.
