Just before the Ramen is done cooking, you add an egg and stir until the egg is fully cooked. Basically, egg drop soup......but with noodles

I can live off of that combo for every meal, forever!
This is a close second to my favorite breakfast, the Hawaiian loco moco: a huge heap of white rice; topped with a beef burger patty(or 2); topped with 2 sunny side up fried eggs; topped with a ton of gravy........black pepper and hot sauce and I'm in coronary heaven
