oh baby did those burgers turn out well. I deep fried (well fast fried) the jalapeños and onions covered in panko flakes, placed them on the toasted bun with the venison burger and it was delicious. I made one cheeseburger and one hamburger that had a bit of bullseye BBQ sauce and they were both incredible. Cooked medium they held the juices and flavor extremely well. Just me in the kitchen watching sports centre ea ting a good meal was very relaxing

Not bad, Lep........needed a fry egg though;)

Tonight, I had a "burger" myself. I grilled up a king salmon filet and placed it between a Miami onion roll. Topped it with lettuce, tomato, onions, avocado slices, gouda cheese, and sriracha sauce.

I cooked up three I'm saving one for tomorrow, who knows might add an egg to it then ;) I didn't have any when I started cooking today and wasn't ready to travel 40 minutes to get some. Sounds like you had a nice meal yourself

puled pork was wonderful on Sunday, like to say the accuracy with the 27 was to but not, going to add a back strap. going to add a mag extender. my pinky finger needs to be in the action, and pop another 100 rounds of 180G and see if that helps . If not going to change barrel to a 9 mil.

looking nasty Lep, and we like a nasty burger:)

thanks pops, everytime you post a pic it just looks incredible. I'm really considering doing the charcoal and wood chip method. Charcoal bbqs areally always better then gas

I have a gas outlet outside for a BBQ and ran it for a few years, just did not do it for me, and the maintenance a pain, lot easer to clean a cast iron smoke/charbroiler.

really? you find them easier to clean as well?

ya, after your food is done brush the grill, every thing that falls off burns up in the left over charcoal bed, close it up, ready for next time. This with cast iron grates, once seasoned they easy to keep cleaned up,
