Now, I'm gonna have to have one of my PR/DR coworkers to pick me up some Dom. cake.

I had mofongo down in PR a couple of summers ago. One of my coworker told me to try quenepa, but I didn't get the chance. Too bad because they were in season when I was there that summer, and they were being sold along the roadside.

When I was younger, one of my best friend, Benito, was PR, and I got to try a lot of PR food hanging out with his family. To this day, I still drink Malta regularly.
