Never heard of cottage pie, so I Googled it. I'm going to try this one of these weekends. Any tips?

My tip would be don't burn the grated cheese on top when cooking towards the end (I do that a lot lol ) and don't be tempted onto putting loads of gravy in or it'll be sloppy when serving.
Hp sauce is a UK thing it's kind of like a slightly spiced bbq sauce but not hahahaha I'll post you a link for it in sec
