What are your thoughts on keeping koi in aquariums?

That seems a bit unlikely given they’re mostly just colorful carp, but ok.

Can you keep any Natives in Michigan?

Last I knew, you can keep species that have no season such as any sunfish species. Unless the law has changed, I don’t think you can keep anything such as bass, pike etc.
