I just bought three discus and was wondering what food is good for them and what food they find irresistible. So tell me what you feed your discus.

what size? some people swear by beefheart for juvies but it does foul the water if not cleaned up. I have wilds all over 5". I feed 3 times a day. prime reef flakes or sera's granules in morn. Mals freeze dried blackworms in afternoon, and frozen bloodworms or brineshrimp in evening.
Feed them a variety of food. Some foods you might feed are frozen blood worms, frozen adult brine shrimp, tetra bits, white worms, mosquito larvae, daphnia and black worms. You can also make you own discus food. Here are some links to discus food recipes you can try:

I give mine freeze dried bloodworms, Marineland Granules, frozen bloodworms, fresh diced shrimp and omega one fresh water flakes.
I have been feeding some mixed frozen foods such as bloodworms, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and sometimes cyclopes. One discus is not eating but the others are.
