What do you guys clean the glass in your tank?

Hey guys was wondering what you clean your glass with? Is windex good or harmful to the reptile? Please feel free to post. Im getting into reptiles and getting my first bearded dragon this weekend.

use vinegar or if you do use a commercial glass cleaner, be sure to spray it on to the rag or towel that you are using and not directly on the tank.

I use windex but am VERY carefull and don't use that much

yeah i use windex but i try not to drop water onto the glass/acrylic in the first place

thanks guys but you dont drop water because the lizard will drink it? I know they use motion to get their food.

windex isnt as toxic to reptiles but try to avoid it getting in the tanks water

I use half a lemon, then wipe down with water....perfectly safe

Works great on hard water stains too.

I use newspaper and water. Actually cleans great.

Are we talking about the inside or outside of the tank? I use warm water on the inside and if I'm cleaning pesky water marks I use lemon juice or vinegar. I would never use Windex for the inside glass but I have used it for the outside.

I use windex on the inside of the tank, whipe it all clean, then spray pure warm water all over and whipe that up. Outside of tank is pure windex.
