What is the correct dosage for using Epsom Salt to treat 'bloat' in CA cichlids?

Then if the epsom salt treatment is the way you want to go, you will need to inject orally. If you simply want to treat the water itself, epsom salt isn't going to help much.

I injected it into earthworms and fed it to my fish. IT seemed to get alot of epsom in the gut pretty quick.
I have metro flake for when they are eating, problem with bloat is he was eating fine one day and the next day he stopped. No obvious signs this was coming other than it's a 4" beani and that is usuallly when they die lol. Soooo over small fish.
