What type of food do you feed your flowerhorn?

It also occasionally gets market shrimp, dried krill, roaches and algae wafers.

mine gets flakes, hikari gold pellets, sometimes freezdried bloodworms and shrimp and sometimes shrimp pellets as well

where did you pruchase these pellets? any online sources I'm not familar with this brand

They're not house roaches, I raise roaches to feed my inverts and I'm not aware of any spray that they give out.

oh and Hikari bloodworms also.
