I feed mine brine shrimp, guppies that i grow (once a week), peas/other vegetables and cichlid sticks/pellets.... is there other things i can add to hi diet?

Earthworms and crickets...Bluegill will really eat about anything you give them. Mine loved to eat bugs though. They were thier favorites.

any kind of bug really that will fit in its mouth, assuming you don't spray your yard, etc. with all sorts of chemicals. grass/ghost shrimp, crickets, small worms, chopped big worms, wax worms, super worms (some sorta larva), grubs, maggots, etc. visit a bait shop - you'll get the idea.

I have bluegill and feed mine frozen brine shrimp, shrimp, leftovers, and pellets.

Variety is the best choice for any fish. Mine takes flakes, pellets, (both Omega and Hikari), bloodworms, glass worms, brine shrimp, earthworms, and feeders. Bugs are great food too, when you can catch them.
