im not sure...i think its the crocodile gecko?...im not sure either...my sister wants one of these and i thought they were the smallest since they get to 5-6"...she wants this and some frogs...now i have to get her some crabs for her tank
 
there are some dwarf gecko species that are so small that an adult could curl up on a mans thumbnail

There are plenty of really tiny ones, just they aren't that available in the trade.
 
actually today i was at my LHS and saw some Cape dwarf geckos, about a bit bigger then a baby viper gecko but when their full grown they only get about the size as a newborn leopard gecko.
