This is like a big chip rather than a crack on the outside corner of the tank. Its a 125gallon and I'v already filled it up with water so nothing leaks or breaks. I am just wondering if you guys think this little break could turn into something much more. Take a look lemme know if you think it will break the tank and also if I can easily fix this please teach me.

I read an old post on here about people with some big chips on corners even in tanks this big being fine. To be a little safe I'll add as much silicone as I see fit. Input still much appreciated.

I cannot see your pics but I have used 5 minute epoxy that dries clear to fix a chipped section on the outside corner of a tank with good results. The repair is noticeable but no leaks!

Same here I can't see the pictures but I can tell you I have had chipped tanks before that did not leak I just smeared silicone on the chip so no one would get cut if they touched it.

Silicone on a chip won't do squat. Logic and a call to an aquarium builder or your local glass store will confirm that. Logic is better IMO.

my 150 is 1/2 plate glass and has chips in nearly every corner. no issues.

LMAO love it when ppl try to convince you to use your head when they're not using theirs. Logic.........
Please explain how putting glue on a chip will make it stronger. I look forward to your logic. Feel free to use physics and/or magic fairy dust.

Obviously silicone won't make a chipped corner stronger....but it will make the razor sharp edge safer...
It looks like you are looking for a fight...and the sarcasm in your response begs the question, why are you even bothering to comment? The OP has a valid question and a challenging aggressive response is counter productive.
