Where can I find "rare cichlids"

To name just a few, a simple google search for rare Central American and South American cichlids for sale will pop up all kinds of awesome places right here at home in the USA. The hobby is alive and well you just have to know where to look.

There’s a Ton of private hobbyists on YouTube that keep and sell cichlids as well like Cichlid Hut or The Cichlid Dojo

Ya I have watched a lot of his YouTube videos, he’s got Top shelf grade A cichlids. We reached out to him awhile back about his Andinoacara Stalsburgi. He currently has none for sale but maybe he can get some breeding pairs going hopefully. I had a young pair I got from LondonTownTropicals but the male died and I lost my female, she found a tiny opening and jumped out. I was sick over that. I have since proofed every tank and upgraded quite a bit in bigger tanks. Our YouTube channel furfinsandfeathersforfun has got alot of our cichlids on there. My wife loves her baby chicks and parakeets and cichlids as well. We have a packed house full of awesome pets that we call family 😊. CichlidHut has also got some really awesome cichlids. Maybe one day I will order from Cichlid Dojo. I’m gonna do some trading with Cichlid Hut, beani for Freddy and some red side cichlid’s once my beani get big enough to ship.

Sorry to hear of your Stals loss.. Those stals you got from LT were from my F1s I grew out from Black Tuna Black Tuna . I have a few F2s growing out and so does a pal... I'll post in marketplace if / when I need to move any extras..

Agree 100% w/ your earlier comment.. tons of breeders out there on YouTube, FB and other places like Band.. I've found every cichlid on my bucket list by searching the web, checking out fish club auctions and visiting LFS's...

Another good source is The Cichlid Room Companion.. They allow members to post fish for sale or fish wanted ads..
