Which is more harmful to the human life: Alligator Gar or Green Moray Eel?

A huge gator gar could do more damage than any moray, but green morays are more prone to attacking people.

i go with gar, cause the chance to get owned by a green moray ain't that likely lol, but i do agree that they do bite bones off with their second jaw

The thing is, I haven't heard anything about gator gar attacking people. I suppose they'd probably bite if you hooked & boated it, but I don't think they go around munching on swimmers.

I saw a guy on one of those animal planet shows, maybe "untamed uncut", he was handfeeding a moray and it bit his thumb off. You heard the "pop" as the thumb came off it was nasty.

Eel...but why would you ask?

Gar only "attack" humans in self defense, when caught, but Morays have attacked unprovoked.

hahahaha now i got owned by my own words lmao!

haha i think a moray is alot more dangerous. I would rather swim in a tank with 10 200lb gars than 4 40lb eels. Have any of you even seem them grab a hold of prey and knot themselfs and pull there head threw the knot ripping the prey to shredds. They are killing machines.:headbang2

I'd say moray. From what I've read/heard/watched on TV, alligator gars have an undeserved reputation for being aggressive towards humans. On the other hand, there is solid proof of morays relatively frequently attacking humans (including that disgusting vid of one biting a man's thumb off :barf:).
