White Spots on Fire Eel?

Mind if i jump i. With a few pictures?

Here is my FE. I just got over an ick problem in my tank. Could these be residual ick marks? Rudding on decor? (Just did a water change. Sorry for the cloudy water).

Parameters are good 0,0,50. Ph 8. Temp 80.

He eats EVERYTHING! the other fish have gotten more agressive during feeding time....they must be hungry!

That looks like a more progressed version of what mine had. I still don't know what it was, so I'm probably not the best source, but it's almost gone now and I can at least share what I did.

I first increased the temp to 83. Then I did 30% WC for 7 days, while dosing Marineland Ick Remedy (half-doses). I also varied his diet, to give different sources of nutrition.

I still see a few small spots on mine but they're mostly gone. Idk if it was the WC or meds or different foods that helped him, or if he just recovered on his own. Hell I don't even know what he had. But maybe this info can be helpful.
