Tetra Parasite Guard/Jungle Parasite Clear containe Praziquantel, Dflubenzuron, Metronidazole and Acriflavin. API General Cure is only Praziquantel & Metronidazole. Both do a good job I just don't like adding meds that may not be necessary, so I suggested the GC. There are some instances where the the former would be prefered in this case I think the GC would do the job. Either way both will work so like I said if that's all you can get then by all means use it. PraziPro is always good to have on hand. Keep us posted and good luck with them.

Thanks. I definitely will. And I figured getting the Prazi Pro will help keep this issue from happening again. I will just grow out my fish medicine cabinet. LOL :)

ok, i dosed these guys tank with 5 taspoons of epsom salt and have been feeding them with their flakes mixed with a 3% espom salt solution. th4e one that i saw with the white stringy poop currently has some poo sticking out that is nermal color, but slightly stringy, and the other one has showed no signs and is pooing regularly, so should i dose with meds? i should also note that i did not feed them for 1 day. could this have caused the feces color?
