yeh mine was stuck at about 2 feet for ages until one day i decided to risk it all and put them in the pond with my RTC and TSN monsters. they always used to hide in the rocks (at my old pond) so i never ever saw them. one day they emerged at least a foot longer! i was like omg. pretty cool. but their not so friendly.

mine r so darn scared all the time. they always hide under the bridge. i just throw feeders into the pond weekly so i never actually see them eat. i just hear loud splashes in the pond which means they r hunting. wish they were a little more interative. especially at such a large size like mine is.

This one's only around 12 or 13 inches. I also have a gold, but he's about 7 inches, not monster............yet
