Cool, if you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for him? The cheapest I'm finding giants is about $75 dollars and theyre possible super giants bred from the origanal Ron Tremper Giant line.

I live in Malaysia, so the currency difference is brought in this matter, a $75 dollars would be over 260 Ringgit Malaysia. But I bought the guy for 300 Ringgit Malaysia because typically reptiles are expensive in Malaysia. I believe this guy is locally bred, but I am yet to contact the original breeder which I will once the lady gives me the contact. Because the lady told me she bought from a middle man. If he isn't locally bred then tax had to be added. The lady bought for 300 Ringgit Malaysia as well.

I let the Leo walk all over the house last night, he is such a curious guy. My home tiles are smooth and shiny, and as he walked fine he is aware of the feeling over the tiles that he began to pretend as if it was slippery, so funny. He walked a distance, then relaxed and watched around before continuing. I noticed that as he walked his speed was catching up. Some places excited him that he began to run to that area and explore, a speed that I didn't expect from a Leopard Gecko. And he trusts me also, he was all over me.

When he wanted out of the terrarium, he climbed a Bell House I got for him there and watched me. I gave my hand and he climbed. He became active and has begun to start eating.:) But I forgot to measure him!:irked: Hmm I will do it today. He is sleeping right now, looks like a cat.

I think they do it to confuse not only predators, but prey.

The leos at my work do it all the time, especially adults.

It's almost as if they are trying to be like snake charmers, and coax the cricket into coming close to see what the wiggling is about.. then bam, it's over.

Thats still not that bad of a price, if $75 dollars is 260 Ringgit, then 300 Ringgit isnt a whole lot more.

Sounds like your having alot of fun with the little guy. Hope he grows and then you'll know for sure he's a giant.
