Typically animals that consume large amounts of food with low nutrient content like plant material tend to have extremely long GI tracts. It takes more time to digest things like this therefore a long intestine pays off. That combined with the constant grazing reduces a need for a large storage component like a stomach. The most extreme example of this would be a koi or goldfish.
Predatory animals that consume nutrient dense foods like other animals tend to have large stomach. This also helps when they consume a meal like an entire animal. It is very difficult to graze as predator as meals tend to be opportunistic. The most extreme fish example would be a gulper catfish.
