I got two new wilds from Lago Curupira region in Uraria channel for another type of breed.
Hope I can try to breed them too in near future.

Beautiful deep red base developing mate, love the jet black halo as well. Very nice!

It's been a while since I post last update of my F1s.
They are still doing great and become 3 and half years old.

I can see they become much more matured than before but that makes me harder to take good pics of them.

Yes, the F1 pair had their first spawn in last summer, but the eggs didn't made it so i'm waiting for my second chance.

Hope for more success for you this summer. I find it very intriguing that wild discus have a breeding season but tank raised ones will breed year round. Fascinating stuff!
