Live fish are like quarantined for months most of the time but these days I only feed
Hikari Gold, Sun-dried Shrimps and Deep freezed small sized Fish (for3-4 days or a week I deep freeze them)
He ate 2 baby oscar that's why it's bloated like that, now he is fine tho his anus hole looks white colored
Medicine is for his bloating or him/her behaving like he got swim bladder disease and shaking is tail like when in breeding

Btw the medicine will be used like a salt bath or I need to quarantine him and add the med and do some water changes for few days

I don't feed goldfish, I feed native fish like giant danios , zebra danios , rosy barbs etc or mollies or more native fish well danios and rosy barb are native here..
