it looks like a kangaroo, skin half its face, bash it in side of mouth with a rock, and cut its ears off.... horrible but hey presto....

at end of days... it is some dead animal prob one we already know about just in a bad way...

I'll tell you this much it's NOT a racoon. When you skinn a coon it has nothing left but muscle tissue and that thing still has skin.
