I'm kinda gonna have to agree with Joshuakahan Joshuakahan on this; lots of favourites came and went, always changing. Right now, out of the few fish species I keep, my Jelly Cat is firmly in first place...the one I had years ago was definitely my favourite for the decade or so I had him as well, so the species probably has a lock on all-time favourite.

Why? Seriously? Just look at one, watch it move, watch it feed, listen to the sound it makes when it takes food from your hand, and then...while you towel yourself down...just smile. :)

Favourite marine would have to be Royal Gramma. Dainty, delicate, stunningly beautiful and graceful, tiny, demure...it's everything the cat isn't. :)

My Marble Goby. I bought him at 2 inches and he's around 20" now. He's been with me for 12 years and has moved to 5 different states. He's a big baby and if I need to move him, I can just pick him up. He's a fatty that prefers to be hand fed, very personable. I'll be truly heartbroken when he passes

For me it is 100 percent leopard bushfish-ctenopoma. It has full of personality, interesting behavior and incredible resistance to the environment and predatory fish, who are in the tank with ctenopoma. The leopard bushfish can face even to channa stewarti.I had both fishes in the same tank without problems.
