These are creators that put out amazing content but sadly they're not as popular, especially Dave, he creates national geographic level stuff go check him out.
The Dave is a godsend by way of his photographic videos... they are Documentary level. And have they so much info on every vid, my only problem is some of them have no audio but that is a small price to pay. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnBN5dTNTyU3nZ2N14Y4z8A

I'd like to hear what you think.
I have same opinion with below quoted from other members
Bunch of irresponsible morons, at least the ones you listed. Catch em all releases sick fish from his kiddy pool into local waterways and puts on youtube for views. Don't know Nick Bingo but from the video you describe, sounds like I won't be giving him any views.
They are more like attention whore to get viewers for free money!...Did I just click their click bait link? Damn stupid me! :P

Anyone who keeps bumblebee groupers is a moron. I normally don't want the government to regulate the hobby but I have no idea how pirahnas and snakeheads are illegal but a giant 500 pound grouper is not

T trop I agree up here in ontario snake heads are banned and I under stand northern snake heads because the are cold tolerant but the majority of snake heads cant even over winter in canada all the other provinces legalized snake heads but not ontario sadly

Piranhas are banned because the public is full of stupid easily frightened people that buy into the hype around them and snakeheads are a legitimate problem if released, Goliath groupers don’t get released as far as I know, they won’t be as big as a problem as the snakeheads if released, and the public doesn’t know about them. Simple. Also I disagree with your initial statement.

Ok, that makes sense.
However, I don't understand how you can disagree with my first statement. Bumblebee groupers aren't goliath groupers but an even larger species that gets to 900 pound. They would require 50k+ gallons More accurately the juvenile version because the adults never survive in home aquaria. For persepective, that is 4-5 times larger than an arapaima which are rarely kept right as well. For what its worth, Nick Bingo has at least attempted to give the grouper a proper home that most other keepers don't bother with even if it still woefully falls short.

PS: The idea that fish like this will only grow to their tank is just as false. While their bones will stop growing, their organs will keep growing and build up fatty acids thus killing the fish.

I disagree with you because you provided a blanket statement without considering that you don’t know everyone that keeps one. When you say “anyone” that equates to “everyone”, you do not know everyone that has one therefore you do not know if there is no one keeping one in a large enough environment. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone put one in a private lake by now.

I’d wager that most people on this site knows that already.

I'd be very surprised if someone had a lake with the proper salinity and temperature and also fed them correctly. The point is that there is no possible environment for a private keeper to keep them as they are too large for the majority of public aquariums. Unless you have a saltwater 80k gallon tank, you will not be able to keep them. The largest tank on here I believe is a 50k freshwater tank, but a saltwater tank of the same volume would be much more difficult to operate. In addition in the aquariums that do keep them like Georgia, there is a trained biologist with an actual degree on stand-by 24/7.

Thankfully, I've searched up bumblebee grouper here and it doesn't seem that many people actually keep them.
