What fish will go well with a zebra danio in a 10 gallon tank

Mollies and tetras. small fish with no fin extensions because of their tenacious nipping habit or one that's not aggressive.

I have had zebra danios with fish with long fins and never had any real problems......in my experience they get along with most fish of similar size

I've found that danios typically go after each other more than other types of fish, so it's good to have as large of a school as you can get without overstocking the tank. For a 10 gallon? Maybe 5 of them for movement with a dwarf gourami as a centerpiece to draw the eye.

You could easily do about 10 danios in a 10 plus 3 cory cats and maybe a bn pleco.
