Everything is looking awesome, can't wait to see it completed.

As for cost, I started thinking about how much I have spent on my 300 the other day, it almost made me sick! It's hard to believe that the tank is the "cheap" part. I've got well over $300 in plumbing alone. :(
Once its stocked I doubt you will regret it man. You got monster :headbang2

That sounds sweet. You could help me out with concepts and we could use the shop I need to build a canopy for my new 90. I would build it up here but I feel more at home in the shop and we have more options there.
Sounds great to me...just let me know when you got the time to do some nights...

It sure doesn't take long to add up does it?...you're right the tank really is the cheapest part of the system...Filtration the most Important, IMO can go up and up and up...believe me I know...If it wasn't for the screamin' deal I got from PhullTanks57 on this Huge Wet/Dry I would have had to spend another 500 bucks...

You must've sold a lot of scrubbies to fund this project.
Making SCRUBBIES available to MFK members might seem like a full time job but believe me, I need to sell a couple of shipping containers full to fund a project like this...;)

I'm still not sure how I managed it, but I spent $430 on my diy filter (including scrubbies).

parts are not cheap for sure my 300g rubbermade sump i have around $600 in.

350 for a DART and DART Overflow for starters...
120 for PVC- 2" and 1.5", I sell 1000 scrubbies for 200
hell I got 50.00 in rubber PVC couplers...
My wet/dry is bigger than the biggest CPR and those are off the hook in price
I give 200 for mine...
I'm approaching the 1K mark...
that and the fact I was in WalMart to get a 12ga. power cord with a molded plug on it for a deal (19.00) to wire up my switch panel and I tripped and fell and a PS3, controller, remote, 2 movies and the game jumped into my basket:D
OMG!! where does it ALL end!! I got to stop the madness!!:screwy:
