zennzzo, glad that you were just stopping by to pickup your box of shrimp!! Jus jokin with ya bro!Wheeeeew...Almost costed myself a new snake for a rented drainopener...This time at PhullTank57s house, we were using a rented drain snake and I got it S.T.U.C.K. stuck...I was chewing right along with the coiled tip and it got caught in something that wasn't letting go...foward or reverse push or pull...NADA!! It turned out to be a 2-3.5 hour ordeal that netted a big muddy mess and we found roots in the 4" graywater line from his house to the street...We both pulled and cranked on the housing...nothing seemed to work. We were thinking of ways to straight up pull on it, till it either broke of came free...
I was just wanting to check on the status of the temp holding tank for the big move, except the thought of having to dig up a 6-8" thick reinforced concrete driveway had crossed my mind...
I'm not sure if it was the cussing, pulling, praying, or pooping, or a combination of all the above, but we got it loose, and now we can return the rented snake, er Power Drain Opener back to the rental counter and NOT getting the 4.00 damage insurance is still for sissys that don't know what the hell, they are doing...LOLOL
So, after the AM rush to get it back on time we will be moving Monsters 2morrow. WoooooooooooooHoooooooooooooooo!!
This means tearing down the grow out tank, moving it to the living room and then tearing down the 225 and removing everything else from the room it is going into so We can set it up and fill it up...
Just remember......pics, or it didn't happen.zennzzo;3036238; said:Wheeeeew...Almost costed myself a new snake for a rented drainopener...This time at PhullTank57s house, we were using a rented drain snake and I got it S.T.U.C.K. stuck...I was chewing right along with the coiled tip and it got caught in something that wasn't letting go...foward or reverse push or pull...NADA!!
