My neighbor's rtc is missing that exact same wisker, and it has never grown back 7 months and going now. Looked just like your's when I first got it for him.

What's the odds of that happening...;)
I been watching it closely and I havent seen any growth...could it be an importers mark? like a clippped adipose fin on hatchery salmon?

Mine did not grow back his THREE missing lower whiskers ... oh well, he was offered thrown-in the bargain ...<sigh>... there are four RTC kittens in my LFS near my house (4") ... i was staring at themfor awhile (even got as far as bought them some food and fed them right there) then slap myself and walked away ^^ good choice, no?

The keeper was quite amused i think ...

you are just in denial... If you got one you are already going to have to get major gallonage...

the urge is strong...assimilation is eminent...resistance is futile...
c'mon man you are feeding them already...might as well put them in your water...!!:ROFL::ROFL:
they are worse than dope!!:D :D :D
however I googled up "Over Dose deaths due to excessive Catfish" ownership and only came up with "Poverty directly connected to excessive Catfish feeding"

They won't kill ya, just eat you out of house and home...

I already have major gallonage ... it will increase due to paimas need. I doubt RTC will outgrow the 3x2x0.8 in the foreseeable future. Paimas on the other hand will need a bigger place in two years tops - saw my neighbors paima pond? Well that is the next ultimate step. heheheh i can not afford (nor is there a technology) to make something like arapaimag's fish room (that one is just crazy :WHOA::WHOA::WHOA:)

:ROFL::ROFL: my father is already grumpling about the food bill that he is not even footing. I have to admit that my 'children' eat more than a normal kid would :naughty::naughty::naughty: i think addition in DEC will break my back ...instant noodles for me (hello poverty :D)

I got two actually :grinno: but i will be 'rescueing' them to one of my friend's pond that only have walking catfish for fun heheheheh cats are not usually mistreated around here - he has an pond so no worry on that
