I hate you for being able to look at that tank when ever you want.

All of them look great but those bbs and argentea are absolutely stunning.

Where did you get the bbs and zonatus from. How are the zo'd rough on eachother ?

The pearsei looks great im surprised hes able to hang with thst crew you have in there.

The BB's are wild caught from Jeff Rapps. The Argentea I got from Aquascapeonline.com. The Zonatus are from cichlidsoftheamericas.com..

The Zonatus are obnoxious, especially with each other. They don't fight or chase, but they nip at each other all the time. I couldn't keep them all in a smaller tank.

I'm trying to decide what else I want in there. My big Breidohri died of duck lips a while back, so I'm definitely getting another one of those--love those fish. I'd like another Amph of some type, and a Carpintis maybe?

I can't decide.

thanks ya'll. I want to add some fish, but I don't want to crowd it all up. I'm thinking a Carpintis, a Breidhori, and another Amph of some type. I have 14 fish in it now, if I added those 3, I'd take 3 out for sure.

Think a Carpintis would get along in there? I read somebody on here said they could never get Carpintis to play nice with Vieja...

Thanks! They grow really slow. I got 'em in April of 2014, and they're 6-8 inches now.

About 3 weeks ago. Nothing much has changed. Bfia only really has 1 black line now. Midas is getting thicker, not longer.
