I thought you said 16" earliermy albino channel cat is about 19"
It was too active and too much of a problem causer. Eventually it would have been too big for my 265 or even my 300, so I decided to let it go to a better home. It's now in a 1500 gallon indoor pond.that is beautiful why did you sell it.....you make me want a albino channel now
ive never seen a channel cat in captivity ive caught one like 25" tho
my smallest is a little over an inch it is an emerald cory i have had him for over 2 years still hasnt grown at all what a runt28 1/2 inches still, but i am sure he'll break the 29 inch mark before next month. The next thread should be what's your smallest catfish! Someone will probably have some kind of pygmy syno or something like 1/2 inch.
sorry my fault i meant i have never seen one in captivity bigger than 7"channel cats are super common most lfs's have them. what part of maryland are you in? My paulica cat is my largest abot 7" but he spends most of the time under the root wood so pic opportunities are few an in between
