I'm not sure which is bigger. Not sure of the Sun cats size but its around 5-6 inches and really fat. I have a Lima which is longer but skinnier around 6-7 maybe.
those planiceps are agressive i threw a couple rosie reds in there because i didnt have any sinking carnivore pellets and he ate like 6 really big ones wow they are pigs12" TSN and 7" Lima hopefully adding 10-12" planiceps or tigrinus soon.
Zoo: your planiceps should grow at a similar rate to a TSN I would think, not weight wise but length wise because they will always be slimmer then the TSN more like a Lima in body shape even at adult size. So probably 1-3" a month depending on how much your feeding it up to about 2ft then it should slow a little bit ~Trent
hes fat. and they dont even hit the barbels on my planiceps its like he knows they are thereDon't you just love how they jusrt sit there and when a fish touches his barbles, then with just one kick of his tail. BAAAMMM no more fish.
