Here is Anthony standing in front of the tank. He's about 5' 10".

We finished the bondo this evening and man does the whole house smell. lol

I forgot how must that stuff stinks.

Sanding tomorrow, and if the pond armor comes in I can start on that this weekend as planned.

Not sure if I said yet but the filter was ordered as well as the 2 pumps to run it.

Since the silicone takes 21 days to reach full adhesion I will be doing the plumbing during that time.

What silicone are you using that takes 21 days?

awesome, I see you left plenty of working room above the tank this time, should make it easier to maintain. It would be cool if you could post up things you learned from the last built and are thus not going to do again or are revising on this one. I still plan on doing a larger setup again once I get back on my financial feet and advice like that is priceless.
+ 2 :D

Quantity doesn't matter unless it is applied in really thick beads. Most silicone I have used cures in 48-72 hours. Of course if it doesn't have access to air or if it is in really thick blobs it will take longer but 21 days seems way to long to me.

Do you think 21 days can be bad? Maybe the glue will get too dry???
