Doing the plywood replacement sections & bondo filler tonight on the frame.

Sanding was done last night.

Wednesday I will sand the front frame area again and apply the first coat of pond armor
Thursday will apply the final coat of pond armor
Saturday I will prime the windows and pond armor areas, then re-install the windows

2 weeks later will be judgment day. lol

After removing the windows did you notice a leak area or "smoking gun". If so, was there a learning? For example one window leaked for sure because.... and the other two windows were fine because......

Too much damage from the removal to be sure. No obvious water stains that I could see.

However, the pond armor under it was way too thin that is for sure. I suspect there were several "pin hole" type leaks under the edge of the acrylic that was causing the leak.

Sounds like u have a lot on ur plate to take care of I hope all goes well and you have no more leaks...
