Got my 2 inline heaters today for the pond and the temp temp is already up to 77.5. If it gets to 80 by tomorrow morning I will be moving the fish over tomorrow night.

Sunday I decided to do a hail marry move on the 2700 and put down a quart of PA ont he back wall/floor seam then put a 4" strip of fiberglass mat down and imbedded that into the PA. 4 hours later I put my final quart of PA over that area again and let it cure until this afternoon.

I filled it up 3 hours ago and it's still holding water with zero leaks.

I am not getting excited just yet. Also I am not done either.

I am still ordering 11 yards of 16 OZ. satin weave fabric, some MAX BOND THIXOTROPIC (to make support fillets for the corners), and a 1.5 gallon kit of Max ACR. This will be the final layer and should make this build tougher and more durable.

Great news on the build holding water VL.
The MAX ACR is good stuff and I am sure it will be a good investment.
As for your pond, any chance of posting pics of the set up?
I am interested to know about your inline heaters as I am tossing up whether to heat my water or the room.

Good news this morning.

Still no leaking in the 2700 and the pond is up to 82.5 so the fish can be moved over tonight. :headbang2

The pond is built out of 3 rows of cinder blocks (22 each row). (About 8'x'8'x2')

First I put down 2 sheets of 1" pink insulation board making an 8'x8' pad.
I placed the bricks on top of this and lined the inside of the walls with the same 1" pink insulation.
Put down a 45mil Firestone EDPM liner (15'x15') an draped the excess liner over the walls.

I bought 2 inline Hydor 300 watt heaters and those are attached to 2 Eheim 1260 pumps. Awesome heaters raisied the temp about 10 degrees in about 8 hours.

Will be a using a portion of the bio media from the 1500 in a 30 gallon tub for the filtration until everything is ready in the 2700. Hopefully in the next 4 weeks.

Will post up pictures later tonight.
