Thanks! I just picked those up at a LFS this past weekend. They had two, $12.99 each, so I bought both :)

They sure are. The little guys (which I think are Tapajos) are a riot. Barely pushing an inch and they think they one of the big boys :)

Not sure on their exact age, but I've had them since July '09. Here's a pic from back then. They were so ugly haha

Wow, so jealous. I attempted to keep wild discus once, but unfortunately I purchased them from the wrong person and they ended up dying within a month. Maybe one day I will try again, they are gorgeous fish for sure.

okay so say I got 6 smaller fish, what else would go well with them? something with a bit of colour and liveliness
