Only way to tell the difference is location lol, M. ambigua oriens lives only in the Fitzroy catchment.

All those Barbus and Labeobarbus look the same to me would be a process of eliminination, take punt on Labeobarbus natalensis

Come on aussie man, I know you can do better than that. You always get the genus right and then you choose the least known spp. of them all and then I have to give a hint, lol.

I'ts the largest of it's genus :).
