How much would all these tanks cost to maintain? I'm gonna guess somewhere around $5000 a week. This would be an awesome fish room! Lmao

Don't think it would be that much. Even Arapaimag doesn't spend that much a week with some 70k gallons added up;)
Electricity and water costs would depend on where you live. Food is quite cheap, if you feed the right stuff, buy at the right places and if you buy in bulk. Filters can be made DIY and for heating you could use your houses central heating system. So probably wouldn't be 5000$, although you would stil be spending a lot.

I dream of housing an aba aba knife and/or an australian lungfish in a huge tank. Or a huge planted tank with 3 or 4 muskellunge would be amazing, with maybe a flathead catfish or two.

For me, the ultimate extravagance of a tank would be one that could house the monster catfish of the world that make a rtc look small. I'm talking the piraiba, the goonch, the mekong, and the wels (if there is a temperature that would work for them and the others) all in one tank! That would be beyond nuts.

Actually, scratch that... otter paludarium!!!

And then there's my lifelong dream of living in a glass house inside a huge fish tank, complete with pleco window cleaners! :nilly:

I would make it all huge cichlids. The biggest breeds and the most aggressive. With thousands of gallons for extra space. Then I'd add a couple large catfish.

Yeah, nice sight looking out of the window and seeing them do their #2 :D
I'd like something like that in saltwater. With morays and a massive swarm of Barracudas.

I want a 86,000 gallon tank in a coral reef with all the types of fish that you would find in the barrier reef and also all the corals.
