I haven't seen their blog in a while, the big one I thought was the real deal, not sure about the small ones., but this is just off my memory. I still have a lot of nice stuff up my sleeve, problem is if I share too much here, then my competitors will come and try to copy it. So I always keep it a secret until it happens. I still have more pictures and info that will blow your mind even more!

wow!!!!! absolutely amazing! wes have you seen the filamentosum stones aquarium has up for sale because judging by the information you've given it seems to be a cap?

yes, I agree you both can probably just chill back a bit. here is the deal, I know exoticfish guy, he is a bit jumpy when he's off his meds, I'll go buy him a drink or get him another fish or something. As for Tyjo, I don't know you personally, I think one thing that even drew me into this thread is the fact that you were so sure that you had a filamentosum, when my first impression is that its not, over 90% of the imported ones are not, I'm an importer, I know. If I could import filamentosum regularly like I do with capepretum I'd be rich, they pay $3-500 each in Asia for them.

Also you failed to notice or acknowledge that the fish has a bent nose, common in these cats after a head on trauma, no biggie, its not bad. And I feel that you do deserve credit for the nice tank set up and 2.5 years of dedication to keeping and studying this fish.

For me, personally, I like to say, winning an argument on the internet is like winning the special olympics.
Correct and thanks for intervening, Fugupuff.

So to those of you who are still on each other's throats, cut it out before you force us mods to do something about it. Read the TOS again and stop taking your arguments very personally. Thanks.

I'm no expert never had any of them But just looking at the pictures of Filamentosum seems to have a flatter head and flatter mouth with its eyes on top almost looking upward. The Capapretum head seems taller with a taller mouth with its eyes more on the side of the head. That's just my observation..
Yes, someone who can see and use their brain! Good job and also filamentosum spots fade out at an earlier age
