I love the build so far. I like the idea of doubling up the 2x4's around the frame. Not many have tried building a truly portable plywood tank of this size. It looks like a very well built shipping crate. Just needs a pallet underneath it, so that it can be lifted with forklift, and onto the truck.
Sorry for this little bit of criticism here, but man that is a heck of a lot of screws. Seems like that many would make the interior of the tank more prone to cracking, absorbing water, or leaking, more than reinforcing it. Hopefully, it's a moot point after you add several layers of resin and fiberglass though. Maybe it would just be easiest to line the interior with a another layer of plywood, than go over all the screw holes with wood filler. Just glue the extra layer of ply in, instead of screwing it, then you'd have a rather flawless interior to work with. It doesn't have to be thick ply either, 1/4" would work.
Home Depot has 1/4 in. x 4 ft. x 8 ft. Moisture-Resistant Plywood Underlayment (Model # 431178 Store SKU # 492930) for $10.87 a sheet. It's nice stuff to work with.
