I know wallacei. They look rather like a scomb but they have big scales. They are completely absent from the hobby. I have access to a few pictures from scientific publications, but I'm not sure what legal ramifications you using them would have.ok thanks for your help

No worries bro, stuff happens lolIn my computer I don't see a white line at the tail and anal fin. oh well. i'm getting a new computer anyways. lol It looked like a tat because of the bluish sheen that large tats sometimes have and the obvious red tail.
