Sorry, I was amazed it hadn't been said yet... That will be the second prize (not) awarded to me on this site! I will (not) be checking the mail daily!
I just refuse to believe whoever named it had such little creativity. I'm putting in an appeal to name him cat caller.

.....and to relic,cat caller is cute but this guy is more like cat owner.He comes out and shoves the cats aside and helps himself to the chow.
Throw in an MFK sticker and I will REALLY be squared away!

They're only cute until they are under your car before work and they are grunting at you, or eating your veggies.
I have never found a groundhog to be cute... Maybe that has something to do with the fact that when I was a kid, if I saw a groundhog, the next thing I saw was a gun... Never grew up hunting or around hunters, but gardeners yes.
I'm in a similar place. They are kind of cute though, when they bark at you it certainly lessens their cuteness.
