Lobster Tank Conversion

I just put water in it. No leaks. I also turned on the sump pump to make sure there were no leaks in the plumbing, and thankfully there were none. The next thing I'll do is paint it black so it looks a little better.
I just finished with the paint half an hour ago. The next thing I'll do it apply the finish so the paint doesn't scratch or chip.
All I have to do now is clean the glass, the inside of the tank, and touch up the silicone. After that I'll be able to start buying items for the tank.
I'm in the same boat with this 150gal lobster tank I recently picked up. My plans are to use a durso stand pipe as an overflow to a W/D filter below. A T reducer will let me plumb the return line up through the durso drain to keep things neat. The chiller was already scrapped when I found the compressor seized up. I want to use this tank for a polypterus group. My wife wants a large shoal of cardinal tetras or a colony of dwarf puffers.
Not sure. It's so expensive and I'm more focused on getting all of the stock I want for my 210 first.
