Tank is 5ft long and 2ft high. I Always feed him gold fish every week. I don't have anything to check the water parameters. Added anti-fungi liquid to the water (5caps) salt and decholorine. With the heater on at 28°c.
Plz help

stop medicating until we can figure out the problem.

You have had this fish for 3 years in a 5ft tank?

how wide is the tank?

Stop feeding the fish goldfish, not only can unquarantined live feeders cause a range of issues, goldfish themselves are high in thiaminase which in short will cause a vitamin B deficiency in your fish without proper supplementation.

You need to get a test kit and check your water params. If I were to take a hugely wild guess I'm going to say the addition of feeders in a tank that may be too small for the aro caused a swing in the water parameters.

I would start by doing 25% water changes every day for a week or so, see if the fish improves, and continue using salt in the water.

ALSO how big is this aro?

He was moved into the big tank almost 1year ago. So what should I do next should I remove 25% of water again coz I had change the fully water yesterday and added the liquid, salt and dechlorine. Should I change the water again. The aro is around 22inch .
Sir what should I do next ?

you changed 100% of the water?? never do that...a PH swing will cause just as much damage as whatever the feeders gave your fish.

start doing 25% changes every other day...

ok so how wide is the tank? your aro is almost 2 feet long, in a 5 foot tank, that's not nearly enough space for such a frequently swimming fish.... the tank is way too small for this fish.

It's 15inch wide. No i had kept the water almost to his body level. Ok I'll change the water about 25% and add salt and dechlorine. Should I add the liquid again ? And what else plzz I want him in the same health like before.

Holy jesus the tank is 15 inches wide and the fish is 22 inches? I guarantee your water parameters are out of whack...get a bigger tank! That is not ok having such a large fish in such a small tank...he can probably barely turn around in that tank even though aro's are more flexible than most fish....

Start changing at least 25% of the water and get a bigger tank now.

Yea I'll wait for him to recover then I'll make my tank wide. Should I add the constituents again after changing 25% of water. Any medicine to recover his health.

no at this point I'm guessing its just bad water quality. Since I don't know the parameters I can't rule that out and I can't give medical advice on the situation. put pictures of the fish up here if you can.

I say right now your best bet is water changes and a little salt in the water. No meds yet.
