LOL RECIPE!!! Looks like beef carrots and cellery with a bunch of spices and a bit of olive oil to cook it in. Cooked in a wok. Eat.

I used Swiss Chalet rotisserie chicken. Two cups, 3 tablespoons sriracha..more or less to your liking, 2 tablespoons sour cream and more for dipping and 2 cups of colby/monterey jack cheese blend. Slap that between 2 flour tortillas, pan fry with a bit of canola oil and you're good to go. This will get you 2 quesadillas. Perfect exam food!!
